What started as a side hustle has grown into a business built on quality, convenience, and giving our customers the freedom to choose exactly what they want.

Our story began with a simple idea. After finishing long days washing cars, our founder would spend his extra time selling meat in bulk. Customer by customer, word began to spread. People came back, demand grew, and so did the vision for the business.

Soon, a van was equipped with freezers and transformed into a mobile meat market, bringing quality meats directly to our customers' doorsteps.

But we wanted to do things differently.

Instead of offering pre-made packages filled with cuts you may not use, we let you build your own 20 lb. meat combo. You choose the meats and cuts your family actually wants, and we bring them directly to you.

Over time, our selection has grown to include everything from everyday favorites to premium cuts, Wagyu, and seafood. We also proudly offer our own specialty products, including lomo ahumado, manteca de puerco, chicharrones, chorizo argentino, and salchicha parrillera.

And now, we're growing again.
